Project Management is about the overall process of planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of a project to its objectives.

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS:
Duration of 18 months with rotation in various relevant departments:
Project Management (Primary) – 6 months
Project Construction (Secondary) – 4 months
Contracts – 3 months
Quality Assurance/Quality Control – 3 months
Customer Care – 1 month
All trainees under GREaT will be employed as permanent confirmed staff.
Trainees who successfully complete the programme will be well-rewarded monetarily on top of a fast-tracked career path.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Candidate must possess a degree in either Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or any other related discipline with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
Less than a year of working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills.
