Key Responsibilities: - Rotational Job Roles: Gain hands-on experience across various departments including Business Correspondence, Recruitment, Logistics, Consultation, Marketing and Accounting.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Learn and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency in business operations.
- Business Correspondence: Develop professional communication skills by drafting and managing business correspondence.
- Business Strategy and Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive company goals and objectives.
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Logistics: Manage logistical operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Consultation: Provide consultation services to clients, offering insights and solutions based on their needs.
- Accounting: Gain exposure to financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
