Program Overview:
SmartB is launching a Graduate Programme seeking high-caliber fresh graduates aspiring to become future IT Consultants or Project Managers.
This program is designed to immerse you in the end-to-end management of projects, from needs analysis to project delivery, preparing you for a successful career in technology consulting and project management within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in comprehensive training covering our technology solutions, project management methodologies, and client consulting strategies.
Work alongside experienced IT Consultants and Project Managers on live projects to gain hands-on experience.
Conduct needs analysis to understand and document client requirements.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects to ensure client satisfaction.

Proficient in analysis and solving complex problems

Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1)
SPM Result: A for both Maths and Additional Maths (or equivalent)
Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
