Job Description
In your new role you will:
Perform analysis, tracking and manage inventory on daily test wafer usage & cost.
Analyze capacity and resource planning for test wafer management.
Work with Finance and Planner on test wafer price & planning forecast.
Collaborate with external vendors for reclaim wafer yield and wafer specification.
Initiate and coordinate improvement projects including work efficiency & cost saving.
Understand all NPW processes and work with other Module Processes for daily usage.
Ensure housekeeping practices are followed at all times, review and propose improvements.
Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) among all Operation Specialists.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management field with a minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Good technical skills to learn basic semiconductor wafer fab processes for non-productive wafer (NPW).
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel & a mature personality.
Increasing ability to identify and resolve problems.
Experience interacting with highly qualified staff and regular exchange of complex information.
Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in swing shifts either Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat (Office hours).
Contract for one (1) year.
