Graduate Trainee, Civil Maintenance (Kuala Kangsar, Perak)

Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.(Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the Protege Program)ResponsibilitiesAssist in project documentation, including maintaining updated records of drawings, materials, and project specifications.
Assist in monitoring project progress and addressing issues that may arise.
Assist the project planner in compiling work programs and submitting progress reports to clients.
Assist the Maintenance Engineer in planning and executing routine maintenance work & traffic management plans as required by the Service Level Agreements (SLA), including preparing Notices of Defects (NOD).
Assist in quality control to ensure project requirements are met.
Support the Contract & Claims unit by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all claims and payment processes to the Section Manager.
Ensure compliance with established company SOPs and security measures.RequirementsBachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Less than 1 year of working experience.
Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD and other pavement design tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
