Graduate Trainee Program (Metrology Engineer)

In your new role you will:Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process (Metrology).Work as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.Support tool installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.Manage recipe and procedural control.
Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)Perform Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration method.Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:• Bachelor / Master / PhD in Engineering / Physics / Statistic or Applied Science.• 0 to 3 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry.• Experience / knowledge in metrology, DD or FA equipment is an added advantage.• Good analytical and data analysis skills.• Strong communication skills, Self-motivated and good team player.
