This role involves creating captivating designs for everything from blogs to marketing materials, all while collaborating closely with our Creative Support team.Join Pixlr Group and be part of a creative journey where your designs make an impact!The Job:-Produce quality design work and assist in the creation of an array of digital materials.-Adhere to the brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.-Collaborate with the Creative Support team to develop design concepts, and apply feedback to evolve the work.-Be vocal in review/brainstorm sessions by showing confidence in the design decisions.-Act as the production support to the Creative Support team.-Assist with the preparation, designing, and creating art files for all offline and online marketing materials including blogs, SEO visuals and other related responsibilities as needed.-Suggest fresh design styles and creative direction that suit users' need.-Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and template/elements onspiration to summarise as user insights.-Maintain a full understanding of expected deadlines and visual preferences.  The Person: -Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.-Have prior experience in using graphic software.-Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.-Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.-Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
