The Job: -Produce quality design work and assist in the creation of an array of digital materials.
-Adhere to the brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
-Collaborate with the Creative Support team to develop design concepts, and apply feedback to evolve the work.
-Be vocal in review/brainstorm sessions by showing confidence in the design decisions.
-Act as the production support to the Creative Support team.
-Assist with the preparation, designing, and creating art files for all offline and online marketing materials including blogs, SEO visuals and other related responsibilities as needed.
-Suggest fresh design styles and creative direction that suit users' need.
-Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and template/elements onspiration to summarise as user insights.
-Maintain a full understanding of expected deadlines and visual preferences.

-Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
-Knowledge in CapCut is an added advantage.
-Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
-Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
