Role & Responsibilities
Designing a wide variety of artworks across digital and offline content, e.g.
Social Media Post, Motion Graphic, Corporate Identities, packaging, POSM, UX/UI, promotional Item, etc.
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts with good consideration and context - source of inspiration, art direction, and layout presentation.
Preparing finished artwork by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with other designers and marketing colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with clients about layout and design.
Hard Skill Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in graphic design or related field.
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
Knowledge of MacOS.
A strong art sense for visual composition.
Fluent in all necessary language skills in Malaysia to handle design content.
Soft Skill & Personality Requirements

Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Big heart - able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Basic understanding of marketing, production, website layout, corporate identity, product packaging logic, advertisement theory, and multimedia design knowledge.
Passionate about creating WOW designs - capable of delivering creative ideas and showing amazing attention to detail.
Fluent in Mandarin with basic English proficiency is required.
Fresh graduates or those with more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
