**Responsibilities**:- **Design Creation**Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital advertisements, print collateral, presentations, and event materials.- **Brand Consistency**Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels and platforms.- **Collaboration**Collaborate closely with marketing team members to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visual solutions that resonate with our target audience.- **Creative Ideation**Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to marketing campaigns and projects, leveraging industry trends and best practices to drive engagement and brand awareness.- **Project Management**Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- **Photoshoot Coordination**Organize and execute photoshoots for products or live models as needed, including but not limited to planning, location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment setup.- **Editing and Retouching**Perform post-production editing and retouching of photoshoot images to ensure high-quality visuals that align with brand standards and enhance product presentation.- **Ad Hoc Tasks**Assist with ad hoc design projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.**Requirements:- **- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in Design / Creative Multimedia or any related field.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & other relevant design software.- Proficiency in mobile editing software (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom) & other relevant software.- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and a keen eye for detail.- Creative portfolio demonstrating potential and a passion for design.- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Openness to receiving feedback and learning from more experienced team members.- Passionate about fashion/fitness- Active in social media and digital platforms.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
