Position Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Media Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and video editing, with a passion for creating engaging visual content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and online ads.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Design promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and infographics.Video Production:Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertisements.
Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and scripts for video projects.Content Creation and Management:Develop creative concepts and visual content that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
Manage the production schedule for graphic and video content to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company's digital presence cutting-edge.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their needs.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall strategic direction of marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.Technical Proficiency:Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design projects.
Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools for video production.
Optimize graphics and video content for various digital platforms, ensuring fast load times and high-quality visuals.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
Ability to create motion graphics and animations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D design and animation software.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
Working Conditions:This position typically works in an office environment but may require occasional travel for on-site video shoots or events.
