**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- May direct the work of Dental Assistants.- Assist in creating related policies, processes and training newly hired Dental Assistants to be able to work independently.**Duties/ Responsibilities**:- Collaborates with client, editorial staff, manager, art director, and/or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.- Actively involved in company's projects to achieve departmental and company's objectives- Assist in getting customers for the company to be able to record customer's videos and getting before-after pictures and other formats.- Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.- Chooses graphics, clip art, and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with simple drawings.- Selects fonts for written copy; produces sample layout for approval by client or other project participants.- Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples to editorial or other appropriate staff or departments for review.- Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.- Consults with the management team, marketing manager, digital marketer, and/or other team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.- Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.- Maintains records of billable project time as required.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Works well under tight deadlines and pressing situations.- Has a high tolerance to stress and is 'unwavering'.- Ability to work in a fast-moving work environment.- Working knowledge of G-Suite.- Able to consistently maintain a positive, can-do attitude and reflect a professional demeanor.- Innate ability to seek out answers from other sources and problem-solve with little input from Supervisor.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software.- Organized with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently on an assignment.- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred.- At least three years of related work experience is highly preferred.**Physical Requirements**:- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.**Location**Remote.
