Graphic Designer (Manufacturing) - Bandar Seri Alam

Lead the creative direction and execution of graphic design projects, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity and goals.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.- Mentor and guide junior designers in refining their design skills and adhering to design principles.- Take ownership of complex design projects, from concept to final delivery, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including posters, banners, leaflets, signboards, packaging, and more.- Utilize strong typography skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality visual output.- Conduct photo shoots for various projects, ensuring the images align with the desired aesthetic.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and design best practices to contribute fresh and cutting-edge ideas.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and production, to ensure design consistency across all materials.- Present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as needed.- Provide insights and recommendations on visual storytelling and user experience enhancements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a relevant field.- 5 years or more of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior role.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also actively contributing as a collaborative team member.- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creativity and innovation.- Keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to infuse a modern and fresh perspective.- Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Graphic Design: 3 years (preferred)- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
