We're looking for a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer & Project Assistant to join the talented team at NAMLIFA.
As a Graphic Designer & Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our design projects and initiatives.
This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office, with opportunities for career development and growth.
What you'll be doing
Assist the graphic design team with the creation of visually compelling designs, illustrations, and other creative assets for a variety of print and digital media projects.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
Contribute to the overall creative direction and visual identity of the company.
Provide support with project management, including task tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your skills.
Monitor social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and ENADA.
Monitor simple IT work such as CCTV, server, computer, and liaising with vendors.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What we're looking for
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design or creative role, preferably in an agency or in-house design environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent eye for detail and a keen understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
