We are seeking a Travel Curator Reservationist to join an elite team and ensure flawless ground travel arrangements for our discerning clientele where clients expect the highest level of service, and our client is dedicated to exceeding their expectations in every aspect of their journey.
In this role, you will liaise directly with APAC/PACIFIC customers to facilitate all of their ground transportation requirements.
You will handle a high volume of calls as well as emails and engage with High-Net Worth members to understand their requirements and complete the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all ground transportation bookings for high-net-worth individuals, including private chauffeurs, luxury cars, and transfers.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all travel requests are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Liaise with clients and travel agents to confirm details, accommodate special requests, and provide tailored recommendations.
Handle last-minute changes and special requirements with ease, providing creative solutions to any travel challenges.
Ensure all bookings, client preferences, and billing information are accurately documented in our reservation system.
What Were Looking For: Excellent language skills in professional English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, in written and spoken Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, Contact Centre or ground transportation services.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
