DescriptionJob ResponsibilityIn charge of quarterly Bursa announcements and dashboard reporting to the Board of Director.
Prepare year-end financial statements.
Review and analyse all subsidiaries' management reports and quarterly reporting packs.
Liaise with external auditors.
Assess and implement accounting standards.
Prepare financials for Group AGM.
Coordinate quarterly and annual audit requirement.
Assist the internal reporting team when required.
Handle any ad hoc external reporting, including financials for any corporate exercise.
Job RequirementPossess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
Must be registered member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Proven track record with commercial experience in listed companies with minimum 3 years' experience in Big 5 audit firm.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and meticulous for details.
High integrity and able to work independently.
