Group Accountant

Job Responsibilities:Establish, or recommend to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies for the company.Prepare reports which summarise and forecast company business activities and financial position.Prepare & review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation justifications.Provide management with timely reviews of organisation's financial status and progress in its various programmes and activities.Establish relations with lawyers, bank and other financial institutions.Review & oversee monthly financial reportsAttend periodic management meetingsPrepare board papers and attend Board of Directors meetings.Manage and supervise all accounts personnel (including the subsidiary companies).Prepare reports required by regulatory bodies.Handle any ad-hoc matters related to financial matters.Job Requirements:Knowledge and experience in accounting and financial processes in PLC company.Ethical behavior.Attention to detail.Financial reporting as per IFRS/ MFRS and other relevant standardsPeople management skills Strong interpersonal skillsDeadline driven
