Responsibilities include:
Leadership:
Build positive and collaborative relationships both within the direct team and across the wider business
Inspire, motivate and mentor broader teams to get to inventive social solutions on client briefs
Responsible for the line management, development and overall quality and delivery of work by the broader social team, along with head of social.
Clients:
Nurture and impact influential senior client relationships through effective communication
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients' business and brand
Utilise data from internal and client surveys to strengthen client relationships
Culture:
Lead from the front, role modelling our agency values and contributing to our culture
Champion a feedback culture within the team
Commercial:
Identify opportunities to deliver incremental and profitable growth for the agency
Accountable for frictionless financial process with accurate and timely billings and expenses
The requirements
Previous experience working in a senior, strategic social role within an agency environment
Strategic smarts; able to distil complex challenges into an easily understood, actionable social/content strategy
Creativity and a passion for social-first ideas
Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor members of the agency
Exceptional leadership skills
Able to manage multiple projects, in a deadline-driven environment
