Group Branding Manager

Job Description Design and implement company-wide branding and marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and meet marketing and sales targets for designated campaigns or projects, ensuring consistency across all business units and communication channels.  Oversee the creation and execution of cohesive brand campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching brand vision and strategic goals.  Supervise all aspects of branding, including strategy development, production of brand materials, database maintenance, website updates, social media planning, placemaking initiatives, and event coordination.  Manage and lead the company's foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor branding strategies, leveraging insights to refine brand positioning and identify areas of opportunity.  Plan and execute corporate and branding events to enhance brand engagement and visibility.  Implement diverse marketing plans and campaigns to promote the organization's products and brand initiatives through online and offline channels.  Drive public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, managing media interactions, and coordinating corporate communications.
Assist in developing corporate materials such as AGM documents, annual reports, and financial announcements.  Build and sustain strong partnerships with stakeholders, agencies, media outlets, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of branding efforts and secure valuable media exposure.  Track and analyze the performance of branding and marketing initiatives using KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies and campaign outcomes.  Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications, regularly reviewing and updating these guidelines to reflect current brand values.  Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align branding efforts with corporate objectives, serving as a champion and representative of the brand.  Stay informed about emerging branding trends and innovations, exploring opportunities to enhance brand equity and connect with target audiences.  Provide support during crisis communication scenarios, ensuring brand integrity and consistency are maintained under challenging circumstances.  Partner with various departments and business units to align branding strategies with organizational goals, supporting corporate events and other key projects.  Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Hospitality or Business Management.
Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills is a must.
Strong in content writing for internal and external communication, public relations and event coordination.
Knowledge of online marketing, digital campaigns, analytical skills and know how to translate data into profitable action is necessary.
Able to communicate and write in Chinese language is an added advantage.
