Position Title : Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Reports To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position Summary The Group CFO will oversee all financial operations and strategy for the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance, and long-term profitability.
This role involves providing strategic financial insights, managing financial risks, and leading the finance teams across the group's business units to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and implement the group's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Provide expert financial advice to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership.
Lead initiatives for long-term financial planning and risk management.
Financial Management and Operations Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across all business units.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
Manage the consolidation and presentation of group financial performance reports.
Risk and Compliance Management Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across the group.
Ensure robust internal controls and audit processes to safeguard the group's assets.
Monitor compliance with global and local financial regulations.
Capital and Investment Management Lead capital allocation, funding strategies, and investment opportunities to maximize ROI.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Drive initiatives for cost optimization and resource efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the finance function.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Key Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA is preferred.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Group CFO or equivalent role.
Skills : Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in managing large-scale financial operations across multiple geographies.
