Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives. Provide strategic direction and guidance to functional heads and departmental leaders to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices in operations management, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance measurement. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and technology adoption to optimize operational performance. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial sustainability. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize working capital management and cash flow. Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate policies related to operations and risk management. Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Mentor, coach, and develop talent within the organization, promoting career growth and succession planning. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives. Knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Commitment to integrity, ethics, and corporate social responsibility.
