Origination and execution of corporate finance engagements including Business valuation, M&A, Fund raising, Intangible asset valuation, financial model review, Business strategy, and Market entry study. Develop various financial models and standard templates, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review. Describe an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results. Manage Group budget, forecast, and assess management risks of all financial aspects and prepare the report for the Board of Directors. Project management including the drafting and appraisal of information memorandum, business plans, financial models, and valuation approaches. To maintain a focused system of internal controls to provide an effective control over the Group's assets, revenue & costs. Responsible for all group tax restructuring plan to maximize tax advantage. Responsible for financial process re-engineering of the Group to meet objective of cost effectiveness. Evaluate Group investment projects and advise the Board of Directors accordingly. To perform post investments audit on major capital investments. Negotiate and structure financial detail. Implement financial plans and provide investment advice, tactics, and recommendations. Develop external relationships, for example, accountants, lawyers, financial experts, bankers, and regulatory bodies. Responsible for training and development of finance team to always ensure optimum staffing level as well as succession plan to all key positions. Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities. Ad hoc reporting to Management on special project. Requirements :
Advance bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial model or funding and loan. Experience in Project finance is preferable. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong analytical, technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work independently, superior attention to detail, able to multitask, honest and someone who has integrity. Job Type: Full-time
