Job Description Collaborate with the Group CEO and the other members of leadership team to lead an organization transition. Become a trusted business partner by redesigning the engagement model between HR and the business divisions. Create a new model support between business division heads and administrative team. Establish, manage and direct the administrative and human resources teams. Work with business divisions to craft engaging job descriptions and oversee the entire talent acquisition process. Supervise payroll administration processes, ensuring adherence to internal and statutory standards. Establish and maintain HR procedures and information systems to facilitate efficient operations. Offer advice to business leaders and managers regarding HR best practices and legal obligations. Provide specialized support to managers on employee relations, emphasizing regulatory and legal considerations. Ensure the administrative team is appropriately sized to support the entire organization effectively. Collaborate in developing the performance management process, including goal setting, gathering feedback, and substantiating compensation and promotion choices. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. Acts as a solid team player, boasting over 10 years of HR experience under Malaysia's employment laws and regulations, including 4 years in a managerial role.
