Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Group IT Manager to help support our manufacturing operation and the end user services.
Group IT Manager independently provide comprehensive IT leadership and support for the APAC region including ERP system upgrade & implementation, telecommunication, data networks and equipment, PCs infrastructure and business application development.Job Description:Operations: Deploy, maintain, and execute procedures for highly effective and reliable site manufacturing.
Will provide direct support to program development, product and mould design, quality control, SCM, and mass production.
Utilize appropriate tools and apps to monitor operational performance.
Administer traceability applications, e.g., backups, system monitoring, logging.
Initiate action to ensure problems and potential error conditions are promptly and appropriately addressed.
Ensure IT Infrastructure/ERP system availability, security, data recovery and performance for manufacturing operations, offices and warehouses.
Work closely and effectively to provide end user end to end IT support.
Network: deploy and maintain site network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability for local LANs, Internet, and corporate WAN connectivity.
Telecomm: Provide first-level support for audio/video conferences in multiple offices, including coordination as needed for adds/moves/changes and system maintenance.
Equipment: Maintain computer hardware; ensure cleanliness and organization in equipment rooms; verify all equipment and cabling is properly installed for safety, reliability and neatness.
CAPEX: Assist in direct managing and reporting of IT-related forecasting and budgeting for financial year
Planning: Responsible and oversee all technology programs, projects and establishing IT policies and systems to support the Group and local IT operation and roadmap
Management: Manage vendors performance and service delivery (Consultant/Consulting Company & hardware/software support vendor)Job Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:Tertiary education in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline and experience
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
10+ years of ERP/IT operation experience & Regional experience with APAC
Experience in SAP Business One or S4 Hana Implementation and operation
Familiar with SAP batch management, MRP and warehouse management
Experience in IT budget management OPEX/ CAPEX)
Experience in Vendor Performance Management
Ability to interact and communicate well with all levels and demonstrated experience in negotiating with business leaders to drive effectiveness of IT department.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
