**In this position you will....be a member of Group Legal within bolttech's Office of the General Counsel, providing legal advice and support on a wide range of group initiatives.**You will be responsible for **- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs, services agreements, software licensing agreements, consultancy agreements and other general commercial agreements.- Collaborating with external counsels and other stakeholders around the world to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.- Assisting with the development and enhancement of our compliance programs.- Identifying potential legal issues and pitfalls and devising creative solutions for the business to effectively mitigate these risks.- Developing and continuously identifying areas of improvements in our internal policies, case and knowledge management, trainings, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.- Assisting with training on compliance and regulatory topics for stakeholders.**For you to be successful**We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies****Impactful**- Empowered to be quick to act and take steps to address issues- Seeks necessary information on which to base decisions and is comfortable recommending an approach- Takes accountability and self-motivated to deliver results**Collaborative**- Partners with a range of people to create trust, and co-create and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes- Develops collaborative and dynamic working relationships to achieve the best possible outcomesCommunication- Effective and articulate communicator- Actively and respectfully listens to and synthesizes others' perspectives- Concise in communicating and references relevant information tailored to the audience to support points**Adaptable**- Flexible in successfully juggling multiple requirements, ambiguity and competing demands.
