Job Title:Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:
Solicit, analyze, and compare bids/quotations through RFP/RFQ.
Ensure bids/quotations are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
Gather and analyze key procurement data using data collection techniques (e.g., downloading of transactional data to spreadsheet format) and create metrics in order to report results to be used in business plan and strategy development.
Assist superior in project team relevant follow-up, communication, and administration.
Data collection, compilation, sorting, and analysis for report.
Build good rapport and communication with suppliers and internal customers.
Well-versed in Microsoft Excel's data visualization and analysis tools.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics/Purchasing/International Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speakers).
