Job DescriptionResponsible for driving profitable revenue growth for 8-figure brands by achieving efficient MERs through full-funnel customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Ideate, strategise, and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels (Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Set up and maintain reporting dashboards to deliver clear and concise performance updates for each marketing channel.
Own and optimise ad account performance through strong data analysis and testing.
Provide actionable data insights to shape ad strategies, conduct creative research, develop content ideas, and create detailed creative briefs for execution by internal and external teams.
Monitor and manage website performance and propose CRO improvements.
Build and optimise CRM strategy, focusing on segmentation, targeted flows, and engagement.
Job Requirements4+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce / direct response paid ads.
Fluent in Meta and Google ad platforms, with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok ads a plus.
Analytical, thorough, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Possesses a strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of business fundamentals.
Able to work well and collaborate with others.
A self-starter with a strong testing mindset, always keeping up with the latest strategies and tactics in digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience managing high performing teams well.
Independent and able to learn autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.
