Gtp (Unit Process Engineer)

In your new role you will:Shift UPEPerform process engineering and production support in one assigned area of semiconductor processWork as a team between Manufacturing / Mnt / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line interruptionEnsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.Supervise Associate Engineer (AE) and Senior Operation Specialist (SOS) on daily taskFollow & ensure shift people (AE & SOS) to follow process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsSupport Line sustaining, required to work inside FAB.Need to work on 12 hour shift, or as requested, to support production lineSupport Group (Inline Analytics)To operate all Analytical Tools, Fab Cockpit, TXRF, APC, SPC, Yield Manager at trace level analysisTo support routine analysis on semiconductor samples ( lots/wafers, chemicals, clean room environment)You are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).Must be at least CGPA and above.Contract for 12 months.Approximately 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required.Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training.Able to supervise/plan daily task to a group of AE/SOS in the lineAbility to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.BenefitsCoaching, mentoring networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorFlexible working conditionsHoliday child careMedical coverageOn-site social counselling and works doctorHealth promotion programsOn-site gym, jogging paths, beachvolleyball, tennis & soccer courtOn-site canteenPrivate insurance offersFlexible transition into retirement
