About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Guest Experience Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
What You'll Be Doing
Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Checking guests in and out efficiently and resolving any queries or issues that may arise
Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, dining recommendations and other concierge services
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide guests with accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery
Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
