Guest Service Assistant

To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.- Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures.- To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.- Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.- Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.- Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.- Assist in handling room lock problems.- Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.- Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook.- Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
