Guest Service Assistant

Position: Guest Service Assistant
Working Days:5 days a week
Perform all check-in, check-out, room assignment, room change procedures, new room reservations, and bookings, ensuring all data is completely recorded in the hotel system.
Greet guests, answer phones, and attend to guests' inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
Ensure the money in the cashier is tallied and accurate with the cashier's shift report.
Maintain Cashier Float money.
Check and reply to emails.
Manage all communication with other departments.
Responsible for the cleanliness, smooth, and efficient operation of the front office counter.
Perform any other duties as requested by superiors.
