Guest Service Associate

Job Description Interact with all guests on all matters relating to rooming, cashiering and guest information services.Manage front office processes, including check-in/check-out, reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.Produce and verify daily reports, ensuring the accuracy of the previous day's reservations and sending confirmations.Perform certain operational tasks.Attend regular departmental meetings and training.Familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies.Work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focus on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of the hotel guest.Undertake any other duties as required by the Management. Job Requirement Must be a good team player.Has basic knowledge/ similar experience on Hotel Front Office.Any other experience such as customer service and other related skills in other industry is encourage to apply.Able to understand and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other extra languages will be an added advantage)Salary shall commensurate to your experience.
