About the roleAs a Guest Service Executive at COLLECTIVE HAUS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable and seamless stay. This full-time, on-site role is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Assisting guests with luggage, providing directions, and recommending local attractions and amenities
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
Assisting with other front office duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours
Able to work on weekends/public holidays and night shifts.
