Bhd., we are seeking a passionate and dedicatedChildcare Teacherto join our dynamic team in our centre located inDamansara Utama, Selangor.As a Childcare Teacher, you will be responsible for deliveringhigh-quality care and educationto our young learners, ensuring their holistic development and well-being.
What you'll be doing
Engaging children in age-appropriate educational activities, storytelling, and creative play to stimulate their cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Providing a nurturing and safe environment that fosters the children's learning and development
Observing and documenting each child's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs
Collaborating with parents and guardians to understand and support each child's unique requirements
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant childcare regulations and policies
Actively participating in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
A recognised diploma or degree inEarly Childhood Educationor a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience working in a childcare or preschool setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
Knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum planning, and age-appropriate teaching methods
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
A valid childcare provider's certificate or willingness to obtain one
