Main Responsibilities: Service Crew (Waiter/Waitress)
Customer Service/Assistance: Greet customers warmly. Serve halal food and beverages. Answer questions about the menu and offer suggestions. Make sure customers are satisfied with their meals. Address customers' queries and provide excellent customer service. Food Service: Bring food and beverages to the table promptly. Clear dishes when customers are finished. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep the dining area clean and tidy. Follow food safety and hygiene rules, especially for halal food. Payment Handling: Handle customer payments using cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and issue receipts and change. Kitchen Crew
Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation. Cooking Assistance: Help chefs with cooking tasks. Plate and garnish dishes as directed by the chef. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of cooking stations. Cleaning & Maintenance: Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including counters, floors, and storage areas. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Stock Management: Assist with receiving and storing food supplies. Report low stock or any issues with food quality to the chef. Help in organizing kitchen inventory. Team Support: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the chef or supervisor. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Good communication and people skills. Able to work in a busy environment. Friendly attitude and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and carry food trays. Ability to work on weekends and holidays. Previous experience as a service crew (waiter/waitress) is a plus but not required. Kitchen Crew
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on weekends and holidays. Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards. Physical stamina to stand for long hours and carry heavy items.
