**Requirement**:- Diploma or Certificate in Civil, Plumbing and sanitary System or equivalent- Experience in maintenance of high rise building**General Maintenance**:- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.**Plumbing Services**:- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial, or industrial settings.- Fix leaks, unclog drains, repair or replace fixtures, and address other plumbing issues as needed.**Carpentry**:- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows, and cabinets.- Install or repair framing, drywall, and molding as required.**Electrical Repairs**:- Handle minor electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.- Ensure compliance with safety standards when working on electrical systems.**HVAC Maintenance**:- Assist in basic maintenance tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.- Change air filters, clean ducts, and troubleshoot minor HVAC issues.**Painting and Drywall**:- Patch and repair walls and ceilings.- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.**Customer Communication**:- Communicate with clients to understand their maintenance and repair needs.- Provide estimates for services and discuss proposed solutions.**Emergency Response**:- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and plumbing issues.- Work flexible hours or be on call for urgent repairs.**Documentation**:- Maintain records of completed work, including materials used, time spent, and recommendations for future maintenance.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/15/2024
