ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, painting works, handy works and others. Carry out daily inspection on common areas Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor Attending and following up on owners/tenants's complaints Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procuders Provide support to Immediate Superior in ad-hoc duties Qualifications Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience in property/facilities management. Added value if registered Electrical Wireman Certificate under Category PW1-PW4 Possess good interpersonal skills and able to maintain effective working relationships Possess own transport
