JobDescription: Check that all of the officebuilding facilites such as lights, toilet area arefunctioningAssist in monitoring andmaintaining wastewater systems and any relatedequipment.Keeps maintenance office area cleanand organizedAssists in basic repairs to thebuilding including installing, replacing light bulbs, plumbing andbasic electrical and systems in the building which is able to bedone.Perform other related duties asrequired and approved by the Head ofDepartmentWork closely with the team toensure the services provided to other staff is in order andaccurateHelping with building evacuation inthe event of an emergencyReceive and respond to staff/tenantreports of furniture or any maintenance issues in their workingareaTo communicate with immediatesuperior about any work that requires outside expertassistanceMaintain corporate safetyprocedures at all times and comply with access controlregulationsTo prepare weekly reports tofacilities management for all works that have been done and arepending if anyBasic Education andtraining: Minimum high school certificate orbasic maintenance certification ispreferred.Ability to work until late eveningsor weekends as assignedMinimum 2 years in building orproduction or any maintenanceexperienceMust have ability to climb heights,lift up 2 meters and climb ontoladder
