JobDescription: Checkthat all of the office building facilites such as lights, toiletarea are functioningAssist in monitoring andmaintaining wastewater systems and any relatedequipment.Keeps maintenance office area cleanand organizedAssists in basic repairs to thebuilding including installing, replacing light bulbs, plumbing andbasic electrical and systems in the building which is able to bedone.Perform other related duties as requiredand approved by the Head of DepartmentWorkclosely with the team to ensure the services provided to otherstaff is in order and accurateHelping withbuilding evacuation in the event of anemergencyReceive and respond to staff/tenantreports of furniture or any maintenance issues in their workingareaTo communicate with immediate superiorabout any work that requires outside expertassistanceMaintain corporate safety proceduresat all times and comply with access controlregulationsTo prepare weekly reports tofacilities management for all works that have been done and arepending if any BasicEducation and training: Minimum high school certificate or basicmaintenance certification is preferred.Abilityto work until late evenings or weekends asassignedMinimum 2 years in building orproduction or any maintenance experienceMusthave ability to climb heights, lift up 2 meters and climb ontoladder
