Established in 1995, our HQ is based in Johor, with branches in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Our team of 60 members include young professionals and experienced experts. Overall Job Function: This position shall be responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance, repair and installation of basic interior components on our site. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the abilility to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities: Perform lightweight tasks on-site such as install furniture and lay site protection, etc. To assist lorry driver in loading and unloading goods to any destination assigned. Capable of using variety of tools and equipment such as levels, drill, vacuum cleaner and etc. Conduct inspections to identify issues related to interiors such as leaks, cracks to contractors. To maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. To clean and clear debris upon work done to clean up project site when required. Work closely with contractors, project manager and other team member to ensure project timelines are met. To assist in other duties when assigned by your superior. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a SPM. Possess driving license. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset and attitude. Job Location: Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am-6pm / Saturday 8.45am-12.30pm
