Job Content Ensures that the branch meets aftersales turnover, PBIT targets.Grow the aftersales business to the next level.Manages the aftersales team to meet customers' requirements and delights customers through their experience with us.Engage and motivate the aftersales staff to perform with quality, speed and passion.Provides resources, strategies and guidance for the team to move forward.Ensures compliance of the Principal standards and other statutory requirements.Plan the manpower requirements, select and recruit the right personnel for the after sales operation.To manage and guide the Parts & Service team in implementing Parts & Service sales and marketing programs set by the Management to achieve desired objectives and goals.Adhere strictly and implement accordingly the company's accounting policies pertaining to discount structure, claims, cash transactions etc. To liaise with Branch Manager & Finance on all finance related issues.Developing plans and preparing annual service and parts sales budget in line with overall Company's budget.Develop and implement plans to ensure achievement of volume, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.Understand competition and brand difference, develop and implementing service maintenance programs to improve revenues and profitability.Training, coaching, counseling, motivating and developing the after sales team to acquire the necessary skills in dealing with the fast changing business environment and achieving the desired results within budgeted expenses.Identify and initiate staff training and development programmes to raise the quality and productivity of the after sales staff.Supervise and motivate after sales staff with a view to create a conductive team and work environment which will contribute towards improving productivity and professionalism.Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures and standards such as safekeeping of collections, manpower planning and enforcement of contracts and government regulations.Maintains good rapport with customers, insurance company, Fleet customer, and authorities such as state and federal government through communication.Ensure after sales staff maintaining high productivity ratio and remain competitive.Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements Education / Professional Qualification Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Professional Experience 3 years' experience in managing a team in a service or workshop environment.Fundamental principles of business administration and supervisory skills.
