Job descriptions: Lead and drives project deliveries (e.g.
configuration, functional specification documentation, program and system design), system enhancement (System Test plan, User Acceptance Testing, SAP ECC upgrades), system change process and transport process are in order, and within scope and meeting requirement on Ariba Cloud (Sourcing, SIPM, Contract Management, Buying and Invoicing) and CIG integration with SAP ECC6.0.
Act as Solution Architect and to involve in the architecture design and development of current and new software or applications To lead and conduct requirement study and design on projects or enhancements and ensure it is able to fulfill user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timeline.
Prepare business blueprint, user manual, test script, Functional Specification and deployment documentation.
Monitoring system performance (e.g.
SAP stability during SAP DR live run), issue resolution on exception basis, team capacity, and operations efficiency to ensure minimum business disruption Lead and execute Ariba Cloud release upgrade yearly.
Ensure audit compliance and ratings are meeting set standards to ensure high operational efficiency for the business Assess and recommend for application patches and upgrades Assess impact on supporting operation issues and propose resolution on fixes / enhancement and root cause, where suitable.
Works with cross-functional team to identify and develop solutions that addresses business issues/improvements Taking on additional role as Project Manager to deliver any Ariba Cloud projects.
Managing key stakeholders and to address any escalation and ensure proper closure timely Keep abreast of Ariba product development and releases and recommend to system owner for consideration.
Propose new strategies and oversee the projects/enhancement/upgrade of software technologies, so that the business can function more efficiently Strategize and execute planning of activities in relation to upgrading and enhancement of current hardware technologies Propose changes and revise IT policies and guidelines Define goals and key performance indicators for each team member Develop talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT or related field At least 10 years of working experience on Ariba Cloud (Ariba Sourcing, P2P, Contract Management and SAP MM processes) and technical sound on handling CIG integration.
Have been in the managerial role of a Team Lead for least 5 years With minimum 3 full cycle of Ariba Cloud project implementation or SAP Logistics Aptitude and experienced in handling projects and supporting operations Experience in procurement business processes with heavily integrated system such as SAP PI and CIG.
Broad knowledge of SAP application functionality and best business practices with sound knowledge of Ariba Cloud and SAP Logistics.
Pleasant personality, with good people handling and communication skills Able to lead and coach team members.
