Head Baker

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Baker to come lead our team of bakers here at Tong Hing Supermarket.
The individual must meet the following requirements:
Holds a Diploma-level certificate or higher in the related field
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field
Advanced knowledge and skills in baking bread
Ability and experience in managing, training and guiding a team of bakers
Interpersonal skills
Effective time management
Organized and clean
Understands sanitation standards of procedure in a bakery
Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
