Job Summary
Responsible for facilitating the development, delivery, and management of Cash Management business to a portfolio of Corporate Clients, including multi-national companies, large corporate, and commercial/enterprise clients. Optimize Cash Management capabilities and increase the straight-through-processing as well as improve the efficiency to maximize shareholder's benefits. Increase fee and float base revenues and control risks.
Job Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies, objectives, financial budget, and support systems, such as operating manuals and procedures, including monitoring mechanisms in managing the Cash Management team.
Developing and implementing strategies for selling Cash Management products to existing and potential clients.
Liaising with client relationship team and internal business partners to provide specialist partnership in securing Cash Management mandates and transactions.
Identifying opportunities for new/incremental business with bank's clients and working with relevant internal stakeholders to turn opportunities into revenue for the Bank.
Increasing client penetration and revenues for the Bank by actively promoting the bank's network and product capabilities.
Partnering with Client Coverage team in account planning for identified accounts and ensuring account plans contain appropriate information on opportunities and strategy for transaction banking solutions.
Developing, implementing, and managing a range of products and solutions to maximize bank's profits and attain consistent growth in market share.
Responsible for the cash management sales and business development activities within the bank.
Ensuring all sales and business development activities adhere to the bank's strategic direction and comply with all necessary SOPs.
