TALULA HILL - KEFI CAFE - Located in Kluang Johor
Position Open for Head Chef in our Restaurant Serving Pan Asia Food
Chef will be responsible for lunch and dinner serving to our guests.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Able to execute our existing menu with quality and at speed
Manage all kitchen & service staff
This position oversees the upkeep, maintenance, and organization of the kitchen.
Maintain costs and portion size
Responsible for sales revenue, food cost, P&L of Restaurant
Serve as a face for our Farmstead.
Be outgoing, warm, and friendly to our guests.
Oversee the overall smooth operation of Kitchen & cafe business
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
6-8 years in a professional cooking setting.
Knowledge of food science
HACCP and Food Safety Knowledge
Strong organization, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Interest in long-term commitment and growth.
