Our client is seeking a Head Chef to join their team!What you'll be doing?Lead kitchen operations:Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient workflow.
Manage inventory:Utilize online ordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Uphold quality standards:Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet company standards and SOPs.
Hands-on food preparation:Assist in various culinary tasks, including cutting, chopping, and preparing ingredients.
Deliver excellence:Guarantee that all dishes are of the highest quality and served promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Who are they looking for?Culinary expertise:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Educational background:Non-degree tertiary education in culinary arts or related field.
Language proficiency:Strong command of English for effective communication with team and management.
Leadership skills:Ability to guide and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.
