Job Responsibilities

Quality assurance: Ensuring quality and consistency in dishes, and that food meets customer expectations.
Food safety: Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Kitchen culture: Helping to shape the kitchen's culture and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Problem resolution: Addressing any issues or complaints that may arise.
Administrative duties: Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
