What you'll be doing Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase your culinary expertiseManage and mentor a team of skilled chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentEnsure strict adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulationsMonitor inventory, place orders and manage food cost controlsCollaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role within the hospitality and tourism industryProven track record of leading and motivating a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiencesExcellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and cost control principlesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and the management teamPassion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating innovative culinary conceptsAbility to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
