Oversee all kitchen and service operations.Develop, refine, and innovate the menu.Ensure compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety standards (HALAL knowledge is essential).Maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes.Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting.Lead and motivate the kitchen team; manage training and development.Maintain excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.Pay meticulous attention to detail, particularly in food presentation.Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Be customer-oriented, receptive to constructive feedback, and adapt to customer needs.At least 5 years of kitchen experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in a local café or contemporary halal coffee house.
