Head Chef (Western & Japanese Cuisine)

We are seeking aHead Chefwith a passion for Western and modern Japanese cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present Western and Japanese dishes to the highest quality standards.
Develop and design menus, create new dishes, and source premium ingredients.
Train and mentor junior chefs while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene practices.
Manage food storage, ensure inventory is consistently restocked, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the kitchen meets all regulatory requirements and food safety guidelines.
Exhibit a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Able to start work immediately.
